The Career Horizons Project

The Career Horizons Project (CHP), a 5-year grant funded by the U. S. Department of Education, will strive to serve a total of 700 Mississippi residents with disabilities accompanied by or resulting from Long Covid Syndrome by providing placement and retention services for competitive integrated employment (CIE).

Do you know someone who wants to work but has had to stop working or is struggling to maintain employment due to a disability accompanied by or resulting from Long COVID? If so, refer them to the Career Horizons Project to receive competitive integrative employment (CIE) placement or retention services by completing our online referral form.

  • Do you know someone who has a disability accompanied by or resulting from Long COVID Syndrome?
  • Are they a Mississippi Resident?
  • Are they between the ages of 16 and 70?
  • Do they have an interest in working?
  • Are they not currently participating in another project by funded by the U.S. Department of Education's Disability Innovation Fund (DIF) Program?
