Webinar: It's Not Just About the Job: Unpacking SDOH and Long COVID
By the end of this session, participants will be able to: 1) identify social determinants of health (SDOH) and family/social context factors that shape Long COVID employment outcomes; and 2) evaluate what is transferable from Mississippi's rural, statewide CHP model to their own state's SDOH-related employment support strategies.
