Community of Practice: How Family & Social Context Shape Long COVID Employment Outcomes – Knowledge Into Practice

Join our next Community of Practice (CoP) and put your learning into practice! CoP participants will practice identifying key social determinants of health affecting Long COVID employment outcomes and applying family engagement and community resources to address barriers to competitive integrated employment.
